Job Description - Reporting to the Head of the Digital Team you will be responsible for:
- Driving online acquisitions across banking products through digital channels
- Driving strategic initiatives, campaigns and managing processes to deliver business targets for digital sales channel
- Monitoring the performance of the bank's channels against budgets and presenting business updates to senior management
- Ensuring good conversions ratio for the leads generated from digital platforms though fulfillment channels such at outbound call centre and direct sales as applicable for individual products
- Working closely with content producers to ensure optimization of the content to be published in order to maximize traffic and engagement
The Successful Candidate :
- You will have an experience of 6-12 years of managing and driving sales through digital and alternate channels for banks and financial services.
- You will have a sound understanding of retail banking products.
- You will have experience of dealing with and managing sales teams for fulfillment of the leads generated through digital endeavors in order to ensure high conversion ratios.
