Designation - Process Leader, Sales & Marketing  SBU - DSS Center for Knowledge Management (DSS-CKM), DuPontSustainable Solutions  Location - DSCI, Hyderabad, India  No. of positions - 1  Reporting to - DSS-CKM Leader  No. of direct Sub-ordinates - 12  No. of indirect Subordinates - 0  Primary Functions: The DSS CKM Sales & Marketing Process Leader will   - manages team   - support the Business Development Managers and Leaders with market insights  - lead secondary market research  - support collection and analysis of competitive intelligence  - support regional leaders in global sales pipeline analysis  - assist in large proposal preparation  Brief Job Description:  Secondary Research –   - Conduct client and industry research for prospective clients and key industries, including latest news, articles, safety and sustainability information, statistics, and financial analysis. Conduct industry research, including the maintenance of industry statistics and benchmarking  - Competitive Intelligence – Profile and track competition and collate reports for the top management on a regular basis  - Global Sales Pipeline analysis – Support top management with SFDC pipeline analysis   - Proposal support – Assistance with the initial draft of a business case for a client, with input from the BDM, initial draft of the client proposal based on proposal templates and standards, and then the final formatting and preparation for delivery to the client ensuring appropriate DSS branding is included.   Education Qualification & Years of Experience required:   - Master's degree, in areas such as business management, marketing, Economics, Statistics  - Approximately 14-20 years of work experience of which at least 8 years would be in a Market Intelligence/Business Analysis role and 2-3 years in a sales or marketing role, preferably in environments with consultative sales approach  - Experience in client, market or industry research  - Experience in SFDC or similar CRM tool  - Experience in working with Microsoft web tools/platforms and/ or other technical tools.  Targeted Competencies  1.
