Performance Chemicals will have global leadership in titanium dioxide, fluorochemicals, fluoropolymers and selected specialty and industrial chemicals. It will be focused on serving customers who rely on these products, along with improved capability to respond to customer needs and market trends with a highly competitive asset base, product line and workforce.   Performance Chemicals will have a presence in 36 countries and will serve customers in more than 90 countries around the world. The new company will supply customers from 38 manufacturing locations, which span every region of the world. The result will be a new company with the assets and presence to support the continued global operation of our businesses and to serve customers around the world  Primary Function:Finance, Accounts, Commercial and Legal.  Brief Job Description :   - The job involves the following :   Finance:  - Forecasting funds flow & liaisoning with banks & Regional/ Global team to ensure optimum working capital management.  - Managing receivables & payables.  - Preparation, monitoring & analysis of monthly & annual cost budgets for all Business divisions.  Legal:    - Ensure Legal & Regulatory compliance for all offices/ sites.  - Board Meeting Record management.  - Finalizing legal agreement/ Contracts and vetting of related legal business agreements.  - Insurance Management.  Accounts:  - Implement & maintain the Accounting Systems, Policies, Rules & Procedures in accordance with Indian accounting standards.  - Ensure completeness of accounting books & other statutory records.  - Implement, review cost control & reduction techniques in consultation with all stakeholders.  - Ensuring timely preparation & review of corporate monthly & annual financial reports & other MIS.  - Coordinate & manage Internal, Statutory, Tax Audits including audit under applicable commercial laws.  - Coordinate with Corporate & Division & provide all relevant informations.  Commercial, Costing & others:  - Liasioning with regulatory authorities for matters pertaining to applicable commercial laws.  - Recording & evaluation of Capital expenditure.  - Ensure implementation of costing standards and completeness & analysis of cost variances.  - Review day to day affairs of the SAP.  - Implement & review SOX Compliances, internal controls, system & procedure in consultation with management.  - Handling Payroll Accounting and related reconciliations  Education Qualification & Years of Experience required :   - CA/ CWA and CS with close to 8 - 10 year experience  Minimum Skills Required:   - Good interpersonal skills and proficiency in English language.  - Good understanding of financial, commercial and accounting principles.  - Good understanding of computerized working environment and knowledge of SAP.  - Awareness of SOX.
