Title: Inside Sales Representative	  Department: Customer Service  Reports To: Customer Service Manager  Nature Of Work:  - The Inside Sales Account Representative will have a broad based responsibility for developing new customer leads (if interesting to N&H) while maintaining a relationship with existing customers for the purposes of solidifying current business and developing new business opportunities that are consistent with company objectives.   - This goal should be accomplished through the close coordination with the sales department, business units, customer service, innovations and the product services groups  Essential Duties & Responsibilities:   - Contact, and develop close business relations with lower tier customers (bronze) for the purposes of maintaining and growing the overall business through cross divisional promotion of the N&H portfolio.  - Assist existing customer and any new prospective customer with understanding the N&H product line.   - Manage strategy and be direct point of contact with customers and organize pricing, products, minimum order quantities, and utilize first choice listing provided by business units.  - Establish protocol to identify distributor accounts (CRM relationship rules).  - Establish customer sales quotas in conjunction with sales directors.  - Evaluate existing customers vs. established sales quotas to determine potential. Non potential customers, not meeting established sales quotas, will be transferred to contracted distributors.  - Establish pricing protocol, with divisions, for limited inside sales product offering (first choice list) and volume base purchases.   - Establish protocol within N&H to have inside sales be first point of contact, via web or phone. Thus, eliminating distractions to innovation, business units, or customer service etc. and allowing pre qualifications of potential new customers.  - Process customer samples and establish follow-up procedure.  Position Requirements:   - Three-Four year experience in food industry & in Telephone Sales.  - Language: English & Hindi  - Preference to be given to the person having knowledge about Food Industry & the Products.  - Strong communication, Telephone, interpersonal and organizational skills  - Should have a food application orientation and an ability to work independently in ambiguous technical situations.  - Working Knowledge of MS Office
