Purpose of Position:  As Global Manufacturing Service Delivery Leader for DuPont, the candidate will be responsible for the Manufacturing application portfolio supporting DuPont's shop floor and MAKE business processes. The supported application portfolio includes IP21, LIMS, and other legacy Manufacturing and Shop Floor application platforms. The Global Manufacturing Service Delivery Leader will also be responsible for interfacing with the BPO community to:  1. Manage and coordinate change(s) impacting the application portfolio  2. Lead incident response efforts within service delivery for any incidents impacting the application portfolio   3. Manage overall service delivery supply (Suppliers and DuPont) to deliver against prioritized enhancement and break/fix demand   4. Communicate, socialize, and integrate change and release plans with overall release scheduler  5. Coordinate change / release testing from non-impact through operational readiness testing (ORT)  6. Provide consult by identifying and communicating service delivery implications of changes to business process standards  Key Responsibilities include the following associated with the Manufacturing application portfolio:  Responsible for integrated incident and problem management  Responsible for change, release management, and testing associated with non-impact, operational readiness, and transition acceptance  Responsible for communications and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders impacted, or potentially impacted, by service disruption, additions, changes, and/or reductions in service   Responsible for service delivery decisions made to ensure application service level targets are met or exceeded (e.g. performance and availability)  Responsible for information security and compliance  Responsible for end-to-end asset inventory and documentation   Responsible for disaster recovery and business continuity planning   Responsible for 24x7 365 support  Skills, Education and Experience  At least 5 years of relevant functional experience  Strong Knowledge of manufacturing, shop floor and LIMS platforms  Bachelor's degree  Technical Competencies  Strong understanding of various SDLC methodologies   Significant application Implementation experience; experience at manufacturing facility preferred  Experience working with Vendors, SLAs, product roadmaps, and support lifecycles  ITIL certifications preferred  Leadership Competencies  Strong verbal and written communication skills   Managing externally contracted team resources.  Ability to work with cross functional global teams
