II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Up to 5)
Sales & Marketing Solutions (S&MS) is a key SBU for Dun & Bradstreet India. This role is a very important position in S&MS, whereby the person will be responsible for all key quality and product initiatives relating to this business and reporting directly to the Director in charge. The responsibility areas include:
- Assess current business capabilities and capacities
- Develop plans for improvement in product (S&MS business data) and channels of delivery – and importantly, implementing such plans in conjunction with sales and operations team
- Integrate technology into business processes
- Expand market through new products and identifying and leveraging on growth opportunities
- Drive high customer satisfaction through process and quality initiatives
III. QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS
- MBA/Engineer or any post-graduation with relevant experience of minimum 7years.
- Prior experience in Process Reengineering / Quality / Product Management will be an preferred
- Commercial acumen in dealing with vendors & business partners will be useful
- Prior experience in related business / process – such as data management / data analytics and application of technology will be an advantage
- Analytical & Problem Solving skills
- Good business communication skills suitable for corporate environment
Primary External Interactions:
- Interactions with Vendors / Partners for business process improvements
- Interactions with Clients to understand market requirements
Primary Internal Interactions:
- Operations team for driving improvement projects
- Sales Teams to get feedback and develop product road-map
