Position Name: Consultant

Purpose of the Role:

Responsible for leading modules of small project(s), providing support to the project team on large project(s) and working towards timely delivery of the project with high quality deliverables by having primary focus on data collection, drawing insights, reporting and supporting in managing coordination aspects of the project.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities Of The Role:

- Guides as well as gathers data and information on company, industry, market, and other business parameters using primary/ secondary research resources. Demonstrates understanding of specific & relevant databases.

- Independently designs data analysis plan, Conducts data analysis in conformity to the overall project storyboard developed by the project manager

- Creates discussion guides/ questionnaires for multiple stakeholders with guidance from project manager (if required)

- Independently conducts interviews with key stakeholders at medium seniority level and draws relevant insights

- Ensures the coordination of interviewing process when carried out by an external party or for any other data collection format

- Writing modules/ sections of reports, creating presentation slides and presentation of data analysis & findings to the client for the assigned modules/ sections

- Supports in conceptualization of new methodologies/ tools/ models/ data collection formats, to design a holistic solution for the client

- Ensures as part of project delivery - quality deliverables are created, timely submission of deliverables, manages the client relationships in the capacity of a team member

- Demonstrates experience in respective technical area (Food & Agri sector, Supply chain assessment, Issues & barriers analysis, Financial modelling, Market assessment - market sizing, customer, competition, channel, etc.)

Knowledge & Skills:

Education Qualifications & Experience :

- Overall 2-5 years experience, relevant experience in consulting/ research will be preferred

- Post Graduate degree in Management.

- Comfort with writing reports on MS word

- Comfort with quantitative analysis & financial modelling in MS Excel

- Good presentation skills
