Profile/Responsibilities :

We are looking for someone who loves building great products to head the technology and build the tech team as the company grows. The role is to assure the successful execution of the company's business mission through development and deployment of the company's web/mobile presence.

Skills & Experience :

Technical Skills/Qualifications :

- Good understanding of complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

- Strong Data Structures & Algorithms

- Hands-on full-stack development experience

- Good coding experience in Core Java is required

- Native Android App Development experience preferred

- Experience with Mobile chat applications preferred

- B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science from top colleges Stanford/MIT/IIT/NIT

General Requirements :

- Self-starter with dynamic personality, seeking a professional challenge and a role with enormous growth potential

- Strong analytical skills with strong problem solving abilities

- Should be a self-starter and a good team player with a high sense of ownership

- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail

- Extremely comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Remuneration :

Combination of cash and equity (commensurate with skills and capabilities).
