The joint hard work and the dedication of many million hours of many thousand people and associates for over 25 years have helped in creating and developing values through our wide service offerings.   - We are a team of 25000 people.   - Strategic Partner of DPD.   - Have a network in 240 countries.   - Delivering over 10 million parcels a month.   - The candidate will have a sound understanding and thorough experience in Ground Express Operations.   The role will involve handling and ownership of the following on PAN-India level :  - Ensure optimum utilization of all network assets - Facilities as well as vehicles  - Lead a team of Zonal and Regional Operations Managers to achieve service excellence  - Decide on new Linehauls and review capacity and performance of existing ones  - Drive Process compliance and discipline at all Hubs and Branches  - Continuously push to improve Key Metrics even as operations scale up  - Liaise with Sales Head to develop volume forecasts and accordingly plan for capacity  - Continuously advise Sales team on underutilized lanes  Preferred Attributes :   - Must be data-driven and be able to make sense of patterns  - 9 - 10 years experience in Ground Transportation, either in an industry with high logistics dependency or in a 3PL provider  - Excellent communicator to all levels of stakeholders
