Reporting to : International Marketing   Responsibility :   Revenue Dimensions :   - Achievement of regional International sales budget   - New business acquisition.  - Retention of existing customer.  - Increase market share by enhancing sales progressively.  - Ensure sales support to channel partners.  - Optimize cost for connection of consignments.   - Efficient management of international ops activities like delivery through franchisee, updation, and implement SOP  Receivables :   - Ensure outstanding more than 90 days is NIL, and DOS is less than 60 days.  - On time error free billing  - Monitoring of cash collections and remittances.   - Timely issue of credit notes  Team Management and Training :   - Review & monitoring mechanisms for all levels in the sales functions.  - Set sales target for international sales team and monitor.  - Impart regular training to sales team, channel management team & channel partners.  Customer Orientation :   - Ensure and coordinate for post sales activities.   - Periodical review of profitable customers and generate MIS on Sales progress, collection  Qualifications and Experience : Graduate preferably MBA in marketing with 5 to 7 yrs experience in courier industry.  No of Positions : 1  Salary Per Annum CTC (NB: CTC Cost to the Company) : Commensurate with Experience.
