Head Strategic PM & Planning  Role :  - To manage company-wide Master Data to meet business process requirements  Responsibilities :  - Work closely with Business Representatives at different levels and Database Management team to continually assess and ensure master data meets the requirements of various business processes  - Assist in developing Enterprise Master Data management Model in-line with Enterprise data warehouse and data architecture roadmap to ensure alignment and integration of master data across various applications  - Organize data clean-up and validation efforts  - Develop and document business processes and workflow that govern the accurate application of Master Data changes   - Utilize standard set of tools to effectively manage the change process  - Investigate and resolve non-compliance/data integrity issues to ensure desired quality of master data  - Manage the efforts to cleanse, organize and update master data on an on-going basis by reaching out to all stakeholders to ensure integrity of master data across the systems  - Assist in developing integrated data management system policy, manual and procedures for effective governance  Qualification and Skills required :  - Master Data Management project experience from a business perspective and familiarity with the principals of MDM business solution design  - Experience in designing/developing data governance standards, roles and responsibilities  - Expert level in Microsoft Access and Excel  - Strong analytical skills and detail orientation  - Familiarity with database maintenance  - Ability to work in team environment or independently as needed.  - High standard of integrity and reliability.  Experience :  - Minimum 2 years Data Technology experience related to Enterprise Master Data Management along with Data Modeling, Data Governance, Meta Data Management, and Data Architecture  Location :  - Mumbai/ Bangalore
