Must Have:

1. Strong fundamental web architecture knowledge, and exposure to Architecting, Sizing of Drupal

2. Strong Drupal estimation skills

3. Good knowledge in Performance tuning, caching, Security of Drupal.

4. Experience in multichannel delivery in Drupal

5. Should be dictating the development and design best practices to team

6. Experience in Integration with Moodle, Magento and other products

7. Experience in custom development of Drupal modules and customizing them

8. Good communication skills

9. Services design and development in Drupal

Good to Have:

1. Should have good knowledge of the various Drupal 7 APIs

2. Experienced in theming and development using panels

3. Drupal Module assessment experience

4. Rich experience in Jquery, CSS3

5. Responsive Design and user experience design.

6. Exposure to Code Ignitor, Zend frameworks
