Visit us at http://drinkgoodness.com for more information.   Sales Manager- (2-5 yrs) :  - Meet value & volume objectives by planning and executing monthly sales targets.  - Ensure 100% fill rates to accounts by liaising with Logistics/Supply team/Distributors   - Purchase Order Management   - Work with Sales and Operations Planning team for demand forecasting  - Liaise with the Marketing team for planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and promote sales in the region.  - Manage activation for accounts through in-store merchandising and promotions either directly or through Third Party team.  - Deepen product penetration by on-boarding new stores/accounts.  - Build effective relationships with Account Owners/Managers  - Ensure 100% collections for all accounts  - Conduct periodic competitor analysis and submit reports to Sales Head  The Right Person :  - MBA  - 2 to 5 years experience in sales function of an FMCG company  - Good business acumen, self-driven with strong interpersonal skills  - Exposure to Sales Force Automation systems is preferred
