- Director CAM will oversee and manage the teams and efforts responsible for planning, implementation and execution of seller acquisition and retention campaigns, with the focus on directly generating and positively impacting business growth.

An ideal candidate will possess the following skills :

Job Description :

- 7 to 10 years of experience working in business development, and customer and seller acquisition.

- Prior experience in eCommerce industry is preferred.

- Responsible for creating and managing a marketplace distribution network in India

- Manage the top accounts and growing their business with joint business planning

- Co-own the P&L, develop the business model, understand where opportunities are and create a viable business to service them

- Stay on top of trends in an ever-changing landscape, find opportunities and prioritize based on size, internal capabilities, etc.

- Convert strategies into action by liaising with cross-functional leadership and drive the changes required

- Working with central category team in deciding on seller selection strategy and execution of the strategy

- Tapping different channels to have the best-in-class selection

- Responsible for identification and on-boarding of new sellers, with the help of seller acquisition team

- Responsible for sales targets, seller quality, seller order fulfillment and the overall customer experience

- MBA from tier 1 college preferred

- Manage a team of seller and brand account managers across different locations

- Performance management and mentoring of his/her team members

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Highly analytical

- Ability to collaborate across departments

- Result oriented and ready to take ownership

- Desire to make impact and high work ethics
