Drishti Soft - Solution Consultant - IP Telephony/SaaS/IaaS/Unified Communications (4-10 yrs)

Job Responsibilities :

- Participate as a member of Ameyo Solution Consulting team in discovery sessions to understand the client's business objectives and system needs

- Work with Presales and R&D to design the solution that best meets the client's requirements

- Conduct client training sessions

- Support clients through go-live process and a play key role in promoting solution adoption

- Work with the Project team to understand assigned project responsibilities and keep the projects on schedule

- Communicate progress and expectations, escalates problems to Project team for awareness and/or resolution

Job Requirements :

- Must be willing to work in either UK or USA shifts, mandatory

- Must be able to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills

- Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, and business process redesigning

- Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design (HLD), configuration, testing, training, change management, and support

- Working knowledge of IP Telephony, SaaS, IaaS, Unified Communications, Omni Channel Contact Center

Core Skills :

- Excellent business process and/or project experience using tools such as Visio, MS Project etc.

- Analytical nature with the ability to solve complex business issues

- Technical aptitude to train and gain proficiency with Ameyo products and features

- Excellent business process and best practices experience or aptitude

- Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to build effective customer relationships

Minimum Requirements :

- Ability to learn and master new technologies with a technical aptitude

- Enterprise-level business project experience with strong process analysis, design, and documentation skills

- Excellent MS Office and MS product knowledge

- Strong interpersonal skills with superior written and verbal communication skills

- Extremely detail oriented and customer focused

Preferred Skills :

- Some software development background or experience working for a software company

- Contact Center experience with products such as Avaya, Cisco, Aspect, Genesys.
