The present role shall be to spearhead the HR function@Drishti. The major responsibilities shall include leading the present HR team resources and streamlining and managing the operational aspects on all the facets of HR (Performance Management, Training & Development, Employee Engagement, Senior Level Recruitment, Organizational Development). The role shall also include involvement in strategic level decision making with respect to the HR domain in consultation with the top management and stakeholders. This role demands exceptional execution capability with visionary thinking to build culture and communication channels within the organization.  Detailed description of KRAs:  - Establish Mid-Long Term strategy on communication channels, Internal communication, Identify leaders and work closely with the management to establish the Vision and communicate it across regions and hierarchies.  - Plan, Develop and implement strategies for finding the best talent for Drishti. This shall include ideation and execution of recruitment and selection strategies for varied teams like RnD Labs@Drishti, Support functions, Sales ( Both for Domestic and International Markets), Marketing, etc. The role shall require understanding and exposure to Campus & Off- Campus Recruitment etc. Also, the role shall include the responsibility of designing the selection process for each role by developing metrics which objectively measure and evaluate on various functional and non-functional competencies. A thorough evaluation.  - Manage and Lead the present team (3+): Provide functional guidance to the team whenever required and help in day-to-day work management and prioritization. Own and develop initiatives to improve the efficiency of the HR function in all aspects and thus play an active and influential role within the team in order to drive business results.  Skills Required:  - Thorough understanding of HR Functions   - Strategic planning, complex problem resolution, strong decision making and general management expertise  - Ability to drive and architect change  - High level of interpersonal skills and integrity; solid team player  - Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and provide thought leadership  - Strong communication and presentation skills  Preference of Educational Background:   - MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 College  Preference of Professional Background:   - 6+ years of Core HR Experience, preferably in a generalist role  - 2+ years of experience in team management  - Prior work experience with a Startup/Product Company is an added advantage  Other Notes:  2 Years Service Agreement
