Requirement: Assistant Manager-Inside Sales (Designation can be discussed)

Job Location: Gurgaon

Job Description

- Market Research using primary and secondary data resources like web, social networking sites, calls, online databases, tools to generate target market contacts database

- Own targeted campaigns for prospecting and nurturing of leads through various modes, email, web, social media, calls

- Generate opportunities from prospects

- Qualification of inbound leads/ queries coming through various modes - email, web, social media, calls

- Monitoring the prospecting progress through the CRM and cross-checking to ensure right processing by inside sales opportunities as well as information management at CRM for best practices, and thus results in terms of business conversion from marketing efforts.

Individual target for:

a) Market Research

b) Lead research and account mapping

c) Lead nurturing

d) Opportunity creation through inside sales campaigns

e) Results through opportunity

Skills Required

- Good written and verbal communication skills in English

- US/ English Accent - Good to have

- Understanding of inside sales process/ practices - research, prospecting, qualification, pitching, opportunity creation, closure

- Demonstrated success in reaching out to key contacts

- Must be well-versed with Excel, CRM tools, Microsoft/ Google Applications, internet, social media.

- Knowledge of BPO and/or software industry is a desirable.
