We are looking at a manager to lead our technical development team. We are a funded tech startup in the Real Estate domain. We are looking to develop a cutting edge software product. The idea behind the new venture is to create products that play a key role in the transformation of the Indian Economy

Educational Qualification:

- Engineering Graduate from a reputed college (IIT, REC, IIIT, BITS etc). PMP & MBA or similar certification is a plus

Desired Profile:

- 5-6 years of working with e-Governance project

- 5-6 years of leadership role

- 10 - 12 years of hands on development experience on Java based web project

- Hands on experience in delivering / managing a project delivery

- Strong workflow management and quality control skills

- Ability to motivate teams and deliver to tight deadlines with fixed resources

Skills & Abilities

- Java and related technologies

- Mysql and nosql databases technology

- Web architecture design

- Performance computing and large project management

- Expertise in delegation, task allocation, monitoring/review to the closure

- Good Diagnostic and analytical skills.

- Ability to pick up domain knowledge

- Expertise in using MS Office products like PowerPoint, Visio, Excel and Word

- Expertise in using project management looks like MS Project(MPP), JIRA, etc

- Expert knowledge of Software Engineering principles

- Excellent inter personal skills enabling effective communication and conflict management.
