Role:Plant HR Manager  Location: Multiple ( Hyderabad/ Vizag. )  Context  What makes this assignment interesting and challenging:  - Young work force & a highly energetic Location Leadership Teams   - Implementation of Self Managed Team (SMT) concept  - Build a culture of continuous learning   - Build continuous pipeline of Plant leadership team and grow talent internally  Key Responsibilities  - Organisational Effectiveness: Facilitate interventions in structure, role clarity, manpower planning and productivity. Maintain control on manpower numbers, cost and ensure diversity within the workforce   - Talent Management: Drive the talent management agenda including periodic reviews with site leadership on talent landscape and possible gaps. Work closely with Talent Acquisition Team in closing the gaps, including participating in SMT recruitment drive and facilitating the induction process. Ensure job rotation and career development plans are implemented.   - Performance Management: Implement the performance management cycle. Train the first line managers on performance review and coaching skills. Ensure performance issues are addressed, including consequence management. Implement rewards and recognition mechanism at the location.   - Talent Engagement: Conduct open houses and ensure skip level meetings are held. Redress employee queries and grievances within the agreed turnaround time. Implement “Fun at Workplace” and other employee engagement activities.   - HR MIS & Analytics : Ensure HR MIS is maintained, analyze and present the plant HR data for periodic reviews   - Capability Building: Facilitate implementation of capability building programmes. Develop the training matrix for the site and facilitate delivery through in-house capability or external faculty. Work closely with Plant leadership team on interaction with high potential employees and develop their IDP in consultation with Plant Head.  - Compliance and IR - Supervise all site IR matters. Ensure discipline at site. Participate in settlement discussions. Review and control contract labor.  - Change Agent: Facilitate change management around large scale organizational initiatives  Operating Network  Internal - Plant function heads, BU HR Heads, BU HR team members, Corporate HR team members  External- Partners, Vendors & training institutes  Educational Qualifications: Preferably an MBA – HR/ Master of Social Work (MSW)/ MHRM with good academic credentials  Experience Required: 5- 8 years of plant HR & IR experience  Key Personal Attributes  - Self motivated with excellent execution skills  - A strong communicator, highly energetic with ability to influence & persuade others  - Excellent interpersonal skills; high level of proficiency in networking internally and externally  If you are keen on exploring this opportunity, please share your resumes with details on your notice period and expected CTC.
