Role Justification:
Participate in new products planning for the assigned geographies; develop and implement Sales and Marketing plans for this vertical; drive new Strategic initiatives for growth; build the organization structure and competencies required to achieve the goals of the division; manage relationships with key stakeholders
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
New Products Planning
Discuss / brainstorm with Marketing, Strategy, Medico Marketing teams to identify gaps in TAs identified for growth (Oncology, Urology, Nephrology), identify opportunities for growth, identify the right molecules as per relative strength of the division. Provide inputs on prioritization during calendarization of new products launch done by GTMs (in consultation with NPD). Review progress on development of new products with CFTs. Review marketing plan prepared by GTMs (Group Therapy Managers); review field launch plan prepared by Division Heads
IN ORDER TO achieve long term and short term goals set for each TA (Therapeutic Area)
Existing Products
Work with Marketing team & CFTs (Medico Marketing, MIS, Finance, outsourcing team, Legal) to develop yearly Sales & Marketing plan for existing products; review execution of plan prepared by Marketing team; monitor execution of brand plan by Sales team; review achievement of topline and bottom-line numbers; ensure course correction (by identifying issues and gaps in execution and resolving them) where required
