Responsibilities:

- Business Analyst:

1.1 Interacts with the business to gather, understand and document business needs and requirements on projects

1.2 Documents project scope including conceptual design, business and quality requirements

1.3 Map business processes and propose recommendations. Develop functional specifications and system design specifications

1.4 Works with architects and business partners to identify technical solutions and business process improvements that are in line with IT and business strategy

1.5 Solution the client requirements balancing the value proposition and scope

- Project Manager:

1.6 Manage project end-to-end from planning to closure using project management best practices and templates

1.7 Responsible for overall project deliverable - scoping, project planning, requirements document, proposals and other requisite documents

1.8 Manage vendor activities and coordinate with multiple internal and external teams to supervise project delivery

1.9 Identify, track, manage and mitigate project risks/issues

1.10 Manage scope and follow change management process

1.11 Provide regular updates to assigned Program Management team and clients on the status of multiple projects

1.12 Ensure quality and accuracy of approach and track projects so that they are delivered on time and in budget

1.13 Evaluation of vendor with respect to suitability of the application for business process, evaluation of Vendor Quality Systems and approval.

1.14 Manage IT BPE Projects, stakeholders, business requirements, validations and budget as required.

1.15 Responsible work with cross function teams and with common objective achieving high standard of workmanship.

1.16 Responsible technically own IT related knowledge area and coordinate with respective subject matter expertise both in-house and with external business partners.

1.17 Author or review technical project documentations those require IT functions and stakeholders.

- Operating Network / Skill Require:

- Hands on experience in LIMS implementation (Labware / Labvantage / Thermo Fisher LIMS experience is preferable) - Desired.

- Operating Experience or project experience in SAP GxP modules - preferred.

- Familiar with configurations (LIMS Masters and CDS interface) - preferred.

- Familiar with LIMS-SAP interface functionality - Preferred

- Able to troubleshoot the routine issues (application & Interface)

Education : B Tech / MBA
