Dr Reddys - AM/Manager - Manufacturing Strategy & Capacity Assurance

Academic Background and Experience

- Industrial/Chemical/Mechanical Engineering/ preferably from B Schools/ Bpharm with 4-6 years of experience in Production or Technical Services in the Pharma Industry

Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Capacity Model for all FTOs plants and derive capacity action plan like product transfer, new capacity creations, new capability building etc.

- Decide and finalize capacity (equipment, batch sizes and area) for all new products and other business opportunities basis market forecast

- Collaborate with Projects and determine total project / expansion cost.

- Provide inputs for finalizing layout design which is part of Capex (inputs such as material flow, no of unit operation rooms required etc.)

- Prepare comprehensive Capex report including project budget, capacity scenarios, financial sensitivities, layouts etc and facilitate for approval

- Monitor and track progress of capacity addition actions, projects and ensure capacity additions as per plan

Competencies

- Well versed with SAP R/3; MS Excel/ MS word etc.

- Good analytical and problem solving skills.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

Internal Network: Supply Planning, IPDO, TTG, Plant Heads and different functions within the plant, GGPM, Finance, Projects,

External Network: External Vendors and Business Partners
