We are looking for a Digital Product Manager with one of India's leading healthcare firms.   The person will lead the product vision for the company and will be part of a strong team with alumni from IIMs, XLRI and IITs as well as India's top doctors.  Location - Gurgaon   Role :   - Own the product road-map for our Desktop, Mobile website and App. Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive product initiatives.   - Understand customer needs, competition, business objectives and product metrics. Create PRDs, agile stories, wire frames and establish key performance metrics for new features and initiatives.   - Manage the overall product development process from idea to implementation   - Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute  - Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.  Qualifications & Skills :   - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a consumer facing product management role in an eCommerce/digital company.   - Startup experience will be given preference   - B.Tech from reputed colleges - IIT/DCE/NIT/BITS preferred (MBA from a reputed b-school is a plus but not mandatory)   - Excellent verbal & written communication skills.   - Inclination towards metrics and numbers, hands-on experience in using popular web analytics tools is highly desired.   - Technical knowledge of web development is a plus.
