Dr Batra's - Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition

- Working with management to build and implement recruitment solutions in line with business strategy.

- Monitor and improvise the recruitment process (including recruitment SOP, recruitment measurement definitions, TAT)

- Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source

- Managing the delivery of all recruitment activities including organizational resourcing needs analysis, candidate selection, vendor management, analysis of recruitment metrics.

- Developing and implementing new recruitment policies, practices, and programs to meet business needs.

- Acting as the primary recruitment contact for all the stakeholders in the organization

- Understanding of the employee life cycle management

- Candidates must have the retail experience
