Dr Batra's - Regional Business Head - South

The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:

1. Responsible for Business deliverables for :

- Inclinics Sales for Homeopathy, Aesthetic Solutions & Products for the region

- Achieving Business objectives of the region inline with the corporate strategy

- Delivery of Quality Standards and Patient Care

- Accountability for the overall profitability of regional business

2. Responsible for Strengthening Business Operations of the Region:

- Leading, managing and directing all regional operational activities of the organisation

- Working in coordination with the regional medical team (City Heads) for delivering excellent patient experience

3. Planning & Implementation:

- Identification of new clinic locations and execution of projects

- Coordinate in regional BTL activities along with Business Development team

- Responsible for sales generation, building new customer base and ensuring successful implementation of sales promotion

- Responsible for regional marketing activities & building media relations

4. Responsible for People Management:

- Optimising HR utilisation and cost as per budgets

- Improving productivity of resources i.e. Inclinics operations staff, IT, HR and other support functions at regional level

- Driving efficiency of the clinics team by mentoring and training

- Developing 2nd & 3rd line leadership across cities and clinics

- Contribute towards improving Patient Experience
