- This position will head the recruitment function of the company and will report to the Head HR   - Responsible for end to end recruitment for the entire company  - Plan & manage entire process of talent Acquisition to ensure the smooth filling of manpower as per the organizational requirement, to ensure lower cost with high quality  - Develop manpower plan in consultation with the stakeholders as per guidelines & productivity norms to ensure manpower norms and numbers are being monitored and enable productivity tracking and reporting and recommendations   - Provide smooth on -boarding process of all new joinees   - Ensure 100% Recruitment process compliance as per company guidelines - Implementation & usage of Recruitment Module
