Role:  - Domain Specialist with experience in selling Capital Markets/Banking/ Financial Services/ Insurance offerings to the Clients in the ITes space.  - Prepare BFS offerings related presentations and Collaterals, thereby enabling the Marketing activities of the team  - Develop innovative business models as per the client requisite, which would involve working with the cross-functional teams such as Pricing, IT, BD, Legal, functional SME`s etc.  - Supporting the preparation of RFI / RFP responses/Business Proposals & Financial Projections   - For the right service delivery post deal closure, work with the Transition & Operational teams to and communicate Client expectations.  - Identify & develop New Business Partners, involve in the Marketing / Sales Planning, strategy, lead analysis and support sales operations team across, in the parallel lines be in the close with the sales team on building pipeline, sales leads and enable lead to successful closure.  Looking for:  - Domain Specialist Professionals with 9-15 years of exp and Good amount of exposure in the Bid-Management / responding to Proposals, RFI & RFPs in Banking/ Insurance/ Financial Services offerings in the ITes space.  - Strong understanding of the outsourcing/off shoring industry.  - An Individual who is highly customer centric, has led large deals, exp in pre-sales, solutions and transitions.  - Experience in leading large teams across locations, Possess an ability to influence the team to deliver outcomes on time.
