Position: Domain Lead for Marketing Services – Targeted Audience
Reporting To: Team Lead / Research Manager

Candidate Requirement
- Preferred to have executed more than 15 full-fledged MI with around 3- 6 years’ experience
- Ability to effectively operate independently and in a team environment
- In-depth knowledge on various strategic quadrants and the procurement analysis tools
- Holistic view on the overall marketing services spend categories
- Insights on how marketing stakeholders view the sourcing of the categories
- Key focus/expectations of marketing stakeholders through the market intelligence report
- Understand how marketing services reports different from procurement intelligence reports
- Knowledge on various marketing activities like ATL, BTL and TTL
- Basic understanding on the value chain of marketing services categories and how each categories are related to drive the top line growth
- Key end users of marketing services categories and the emerging trends that marketers should be aware of
- Level of innovation brought in through the MI reports delivered in past
- Should possess basic understanding specifically on the following categories: Merchandising& In-store Activities, Trade Shows, Medical Communication, Call Center, Digital Marketing & Technology, Fulfillment Services, and Contract Sales &Detailing
Job Role:
- Manage the team of 8 members
- Lead the project scoping, project presentation, handling client interactions and clarifications
- Developing new models, strategic tools and methodologies to reduce the time and effort.
- Regular internalreview and guidance to ensure that the report meets the client objectives,timelines and quality standards
- Regular project updates, report management and escalations if any to the internal stakeholders
- Identifying and resolving issues critical to the clients' strategic and operational success through regular internal brainstorming
- Providing technical/functional content
- Enable category specialisation for the analyst and lead the thought leadership initiatives
- Supporting the sales team in the presentations and also by helping them by sending out the sales specific decks
- Managing the P&L of the domains efficiently
- Empowering the team to develop internal indices to track the market
- Leading, coaching, motivating and supervising the efforts of research analyst to enable them to achieve their goals
