Their customers include the largest banks across US, Europe and Asia and are looking to hire a Domain Consulting lead in the Trade Finance vertical.
Job Description: Reporting to the Head of Domain Consulting, you will be responsible for:
- Managing projects in the Consulting & Process Re-engineering for Global Trade Finance domain
- Propagating the use of the Process Excellence Techniques and Practices
- Managing global stakeholders and driving consulting strategy initiatives
- Providing solutions based on Industry best practices through detailed analysis
- Leading Consulting and Change Delivery projects ensure delivery of benefits
The Successful Candidate:
- You will be a graduate with a total of over 15 years of experience preferably both in operations and consulting / business analysis across the Trade Finance product lines LC, Imports Financing and Guarantees.
- Additionally, you will have hands on experience in process improvement and re-engineering techniques like Lean, Six Sigma.
- You will have a hands on leadership style and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You will have the ability to influence and drive stakeholders and be adaptive particularly to cultural diversity.
