Domain Consultant - Cards

Job objective :

- Develop and package domain offering leading to evolution of Market message for the offering-

Work with key internal partners to take offering to market and increase revenue stream by adding new logos for Consumer Banking

Key responsibilities :

Market Related :

- Develop standard pitch packs by breaking down offering into appropriate sub-offerings to clearly bring out BPO's capabilities

- Work with Marketing to develop collaterals and evolve a communication mechanism thru- right marketing channels to disseminate offering to target customers.

- Work with marketing to develop Marketing plan for the Domain.

- Take the lead to work with BRMs/GRMs in ISUs of focus account names so as to penetrate into account systematically

- Be the SPOC for Pre-sales/Solutioning team to deliver on any RFIs/RFPs for domain including front facing visits by potential clients

- Increase visibility with Analyst firms and Research groups

- Represent in Industry meets and Global off shoring events

- Map the potential demand for offering by market study and recommend target geographies and customers to focus upon

- Periodic competitor scan to determine threats,key differentiators and opportunities

- Improvements to enhance value proposition of offering by an environment scan and incorporating best practices.

- Define a offering Road Map based on strategic goals and come out with a Business plan

Candidate requirements :

- A domain consultant who has a thorough understanding of all processes in the Cluster and familiar with the culture, practices& strategic vision

- Has good understanding of customer requirements, underlying technology trends in industry and general business environment

- Has the ability to define and develop key components of offering including integration with the organization's existing capabilities wherever possible

- Excellent verbal & written communication and effective presentation skills

- Demonstrated leadership skills coupled with strong collaboration, relationship and influencing ability

- Possesses the mental capacity and energy to sustain through difficulties and challenges

- Must be willing to travel extensively as and when required
