Our team comprises a good mix of thought leaders from Stanford, Harvard, IIT's, IIM's, MDI and other prestigious institutes.  Job Description  - Ideation, planning and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns and to work closely with stakeholders across the team to drive marketing programs  - Maintaining the sales and marketing contact data base and support the company sales activity with appropriate lead generation  - Management and responsibility of the marketing budget for every financial year. Draw analysis over the spends with respect to various geographical areas of interest to the company  - Evaluate conferences and trade shows for various industry verticals of focus. Keep track of the leads generated through each event and extend support in implementing a pre-event and post-event campaign for sustained lead generation. If needed, represent Dolcera in various events and tradeshows  - Need to be the single point of contact for any 3rd party agencies like PR agency, Cold calling companies etc. as per the marketing needs from time to time  - Facilitate timely reporting of analytics to the sales team and other stakeholders in the team  - Nurture and develop newer capabilities like Social Media Marketing & Marketing Content creation; liaise with key Sales and Marketing stakeholders to execute pilots and assessments  - Spot opportunities where the - Marketing Stream can add value and drive these opportunities  Desired Candidate Profile  - MBA/PGDM with interest in digital marketing - and coursework in Persuasive Written and Visual Communication- will be preferred.  - Interest in content writing and content creation coupled with passion for brand building.   - Candidates with Bachelor's in Engineering, specializing in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering and Information Technology will be preferred.  Skills  Should have proficiency in below skills:  - Video editing skills/video making skills.  - Photo editing skills.  - Experience with making web pages/web sites.  - Powerpoint template skills.  - Content/Blog Writing skills.  - Should be familiar and have working knowledge of marketing tools like CRM software, html tools, bulk email tools, web analytics etc.  - Should have excellent Oral and Written communication skills.  - Should have ability to manage multiple priorities.  - Should be a good team player.  - People with any prior experience in B2B marketing will be preferred.  Salary Offered: 7 - 10 LPA
