Documentation Head - Import/Export - Steel Trading Business

- Managing Documentation for Steel Trading Business

- Responsible for all documentation related activities for the Steel Trading businesses

- Maintaining close coordination with the Offices Steel Mills, Traders, Finance, Banks, Legal, Suppliers and Customers

- Responsible for close coordination with operations and ensuring draft documents from suppliers are met and are as per line with that required for customer side negotiation.

- Responsible for clean back to back negotiation of documents with the banks.

- Keep abreast of the prices of Steel under volatile market situations and ensure all documents are presented on time to avoid any disputes with customers / suppliers during price fluctuations.

- Ensured that the monthly forecast of Steel Trades are met by conducting various business meetings with the stakeholders.
