Designation: Dy. Manager Project Finance.

Experience: 3+ yrs

Job Description:

Candidate should have between 3 -5 years of experience and should be currently working on DEBT SYNDICATION and Project finance.

Candidates with Banking experience who are currently in Debt Raising will be given preference.

- Responsible for liasioning with Banks/FI's and our clients in order to raise the debt funds required for the funding of the various Project. Also responsible to finalize the financial structure of the proejcts and indicative terms and conditions to be line with the prevailing market conditions

- For managing the internal approval processes of banks/ FI s. For marketing projects to banks and working within tight deadlines for obtaining approval(s) for the project(s). For providing essential data, addressing queries, co-ordinating logistics for meetings/financial closures, co-coordinating for disbursements

- For understanding and detailing the financial needs of the clients in form of various facilities, legal documentation of the facilities including compliance of various covenants and finally disbursement of the Loan

- Responsible for finalizing the financial structure of the project, indicative terms and conditions and other informations

- Responsible for interactions with the officials of various Banks/FIs to tie up the fianancial needs of the Clients and achieve the financial closure

- Responsible for maintaining relations with the officials of various banks/FIs
