- To source equipment and services for CAPEX spends.

- To source good and services for OPEX spends.

- To coordinate with Site HR on Contractor Management

- To coordinate with HO Legal for preparation of contracts and ensure IPIU.

- To liaise with DIC, KKD for allotment of coal through Commissioner of Industries, HYD.

- To liaise with SCCL-HYD and Mine Officials for smooth release of delivery Orders and release of coal to meet site requirements.

- To coordinate with SCCL and HO to ensure - Fuel Supply Agreement with SCCL is drafted/approved/signed and ensure IPIU.

- To upload the signed and approved contracts in Contrak from time to time.

- To ensure SGM tools are IPIU while meeting the business requirement.
