TA - Talent Acquisition (End to End Recruitment cycle management) :  - Sourcing, Filtering, Planning, Coordinating Interviews, reference checks and releasing documents for offer to Operations team   - Manpower planning & budgeting   - Work Closely with Business   - Vendor Management   - Recruitment MIS   - TA/HRBP (Handles all Talent Acquisition related activities as mentioned above plus acts as an HR Business Partner for executing deliverables formalized by SMEs as shared below).   - Responsible for certain span identified based on function & location.   - Manage Employee On-boarding & Induction.   - Manage Employee Connect and handle their queries.   - Manage Performance Improvement Plans for the region and share relevant information with HR Ops team   - Execute engagement activities   - Sends payroll inputs to HR Ops team   - Leave & Attendance process management - Regional   - Plays a key role in end year performance review & appraisals   - Manage Employee Separation   - Confirmations   - 70% Talent Acquisition and 30% Employee Engagement Activities.  Salary range : 10 - 12 LPA
