- Expertise in recruitment process.

- Handling trade unions, strike, Labour Cases & Attending Conciliation Meetings.

- Management Representative during Wage settlement & Bonus negotiation.

- Involved in ground work for Union Settlement.

- Candidates are preferred form Automobile industry with handling trade unions, strike and settlements.

- Regular interaction with new joiner and help him/her to settle in new environment & direct interaction with Union on Canteen Issues & Insurance Handling
