For a US based MNC we are looking out for a HR professional to be based in their Hyderabad office.

Designation: HR Generalist (in Deputy Manager cadre)

Current Employee strength: 60 and targeted to reach 100 shortly

Location : Hyderabad

Industry : IT / Product manufacturing

Qualification : MBA from reputed University/ Institution

Experience : 4 to 6 years in IT/ Consumer Electronics/ Internet sectors

Responsibilities:

- Recruitment (to be able handle Social Networking techniques like SMART Recruiters, LinkedIn etc.)

- Performance Management System (PMS – KRA / KPI ) process

- Learning and Development

- Employee Engagement

- Administering the HR Policies

- Payroll Operations

- Should have prior experience in Travel / Visa Formalities etc.
