Job Description :

Role purpose: To ensure accurate, analytical & timely submission of management reporting / analysis to local management, regional & corporate. The position is also responsible for effective forecasts, monitoring of financials / KBI- s, decision support & business partnering.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership :

Performance monitoring :

- Provide timely and accurate reports / analysis on profitability, growth, competition and other KBI's etc. to management

Business Partnering & Decision support :

- Work with other departments as a business partner and help them take decisions that are favourable to the overall financial performance of the circle / organization

Special Projects / Assignments :

- Undertaking the projects & assignments and update management with the best analysis

Adhoc Analysis / Reports :

- To provide management with the timely reports / analysis for the informed decision making

HSW Compliance :

- To keep yourself abreast with all the HSW polices/procedures (including department specific regulatory requirements) and to drive, Health Safety and well-being within the group you are heading (i.e. department /function/vertical) by ensuring that all related policy/procedures are implemented without gaps including their customization as per group's requirement and by encouraging group to participate in all HSW related activities initiated at corporate/circle/local and departmental level.

Must have technical / professional qualifications :

Essential : Graduate with 3-5 years of work experience or CA/MBA with 1-3 years of experience

Desired : Knowledge of SAP FICO module with clear understanding of IM and PS
