We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from one of our clients in India. Our client is leading Insurance Organization. They are looking for "Dy. Manger – Financial Accounting" to join them ASAP.

This is a Full time & permanent position based in Mumbai and need to be filled in at the earliest.

To qualify for this position you should:

- Have a good educational Background.

- Have 3 to 8 of experience in Finance & Accounts.

- Have at least 3 years of experience into BFSI Industry (Preferably Insurance).

- Have strong experience in Finance, Accounts & Taxation (Both Direct & Indirect)

- Have strong experience in Preparing monthly, quarterly, half yearly Financial Statements, Reports such as Management Reports, Notes of Accounts, Financial disclosures, IRDA &Stakeholder reports, etc.

- Have experience in Expense Analysis, Reserve Analysis, Ratio Analysis, Competitor Analysis, Operating expenses Analysis, etc.

- Have excellent knowledge of the Accounting Standards, IRDA Guidelines, etc.

- Have experience in Liasoning with Auditors (Statutory, Internal & Others) & Supervise the day –to –day accounting activities, etc.

- Have experience into any financial software such as SAP, Tally, etc.

- Have good communication, Analytical & Strong Leadership skills.

- Be from Mumbai or ready to relocate to Mumbai
