Experience: 5-7 years in finance function of MNC in manufacturing industry (preferably Automotive) / Big 4 audit function / reputed audit accounting firm with direct exposure to statutory audit management, financial reporting, quality assurance, internal audits, SOX etc. couple of years of experience in assistant managerial / team leader capacity to be able to effectively deliver.

Location: Hyderabad

1. Global interfacing position

2. Liaising with corporate teams (Internal control, internal audit), external auditors for - statutory audit planning,
kick-off call, deliverables and timelines for different audits and to manage the whole process for various countries)

3. Work closely with external audit firm to manage expectations and work with various Global Finance teams to
ensure requisite information is achieved and smooth audit closure.

4. Actively participate and take responsibility in conducting status update meetings with various internal parties to discuss deviations, compliance/ open issues, progress on audits and issues to be resolved.

Required Skills:

- Demonstrate leadership qualities, technical knowledge (good understanding of IFRS/ GAAP/ accounting or auditing standards), drive for improvements, time and work management skills, and achieve audit closures

- Demonstrate high degree of soft skills and maturity while interacting with various global team members/ different finance core functions across multiple countries

- Identify and discuss best/ better practices to strengthen the overall environment or process

- Should have ability to challenge existing process with innovative ideas to generate efficiencies

- Strong accounting conceptual knowledge/ability to identify and escalate potential accounting irregularities

- Previous experience in IFRS, US I-GAAP and statutory audits is key; preferred if candidate also has knowledge on SOX and internal audits

- Strong report writing and presentation skills, an analytical mind, and problem solving abilities/ ability to present data, analysis and recommendations in an effective and persuasive written and oral manner

- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with and influence leaders and associates of all levels

- Knowledge in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), MS Access
