DM - Corporate Sales - Auto/FMCG (5-9 yrs)
The minimum basic requirement is:
Engineering + Management (Preferred)
- Basic Knowledge of automotive industry & customer handling.
- 5 to 6 years (Industries preferred: FMCG / Automotive)
The KRAs:
- The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for selling new vehicles to Corporate and Fleet operators with an objective of achieving
- Volume targets.
- Create community of corporates who subscribe to EV mobility
- Create new ways of owning – Virtual Ownership, Car share, Society, Institutes and others
- Builds customer loyalty and increases Customer Satisfaction through professionalism, trustworthiness, sincerity, attitude and a business-like appearance in every customer experience.
- To plan activities in all major cities for achieving corporate sales targets.
- Draft offers, quotations, bids
- To handle bulk deal requirements directly i.e., Order generated in one location and deliveries spread across PAN India (Order / payments etc).
- Identify manpower requirement based on corporate sales targets, recruit and train corporate sales team leaders and consultants all dealerships in major cities.
- To collate corporate sales data for the region on a monthly basis. Review progress of corporate sales
- To devise short term exclusive soft offers for certain corporate wherein maximum volumes can be achieved.
- To develop effective relationships with existing corporate houses and generate new corporate customers.
- To assess post sales satisfaction with major buyers, and ensure a high SSI score.
