Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Drive/Mentor LEAN Six Sigma initiatives
2. Recommend new and innovative measures in terms of processes, productivity and system enhancements to improve quality and turnaround time
3. Conduct trainings to facilitate dispersion of quality knowledge
4. Client interaction to understand process requirement
5. Identify and highlight potential risk areas in the process
6. Liaison with different persons in operations for collating data.
7. Work with Support functions and businesses to set targets/devise metrics
8. To produce statistics and exception reports
9. Excellent presentation skills used for making high impact leadership presentations

2. Accuracy and Timeliness of delivery
JOB SPECIFICATION -
Required Educational Attainments (Degrees, Certificates etc)
1. Person with 5-7 years of experience
2. MBA
3. Green Belt /Black Belt certification mandatory
Required Skill Sets (Technical/Behavioral)
1. Strong Client interaction, worked on Lean Six Sigma projects with quantified savings
2. Traveled on-site for transitions or consultancy assignment
3. Strong in Data Analysis and Interpretation
4. Well versed about IT technology in general (MS Office )
Required Experience (of what type, for what duration, what industry/background)
1. 4-6 years of experience with Process Excellence teams in Financial Services/Custody Operations
2. Mentored at-least 4 Green Belt Projects
3. Completed minimum of 1 Black Belt Project
Additional and Special Requirements
1. Strong communications skills both oral & written and ability to practice both downward and upward communication.
2. Experience in interacting with senior management.
3. Open to delivery oriented shift timings
4. A demonstrated ability to implement management directives with little direct supervision
