Divisional Service Manager - Media (10-15 yrs)
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNT ABILITIES -
EXPECTED END RESULTS MAJOR ACTIVITIES
1. Quality Service Provider - Identify the needs of Service in the zone in consultation with Sales & Marketing and draw a blue print of Service Network.
- Appoint Service Franchisee in accordance with the network.
- Run / manage & audit service network to ensure process adherence & thus quality service.
2. Customer Satisfaction - Maintain trade relations & ensure customer satisfaction in the zone
3. Team building and team motivation - To drive a team of field service executive for effective territory coverage & to ensure all service centres maintain the basic company norms on service.
4. Channel partner Management - Effectively manage the channel partners (SF / DCC / NDCC) appointment & management.
