Position - Divisional Sales Manager - Retail ( Depot Manager ) - 3 Depots

Location : Chennai

Salary open till 12 Lacs Depending upon your current package

Role :

- Manage & achieve sales volume , value & growth targets of the a single Depot through a team of frontline
Sales Personnel.

- Tracking competition activities and local Market trend.

- Expand wide retail distribution network with in the territory and implement effective network management schemes.

- Will be in charge of independent responsibility of managing the Depot.

Prof. Qualification - Graduate + MBA (Mktg.)

Job Experience -

- 8 to 10 years experience of hard core sales through channel network, distributors , dealers, preferably in the paints or Building Material industry

Age Profile - ASM - 25-28 years

Personality traits -

a) Dynamic, Objective, Achievement oriented having sound managerial capability.

b) Customer friendly, Good in interpersonal relationship

c) Sound analytical skill and a Team Player
