DESIGNATION: Divisional Director / Sr. Divisional Director (Product Development / Delivery) - Defense  Location: Mumbai  PRIMARY Role:  - End to end delivery management for cutting edge Defense products on Java & Linux platform.   - Drive all phases of SDLC i.e. architecture, design, design reviews, coding efforts of the team using Agile technology.   - Ensure optimized development processes are adhered to during development.  - Strong task manager with regular in-depth reviews.  - Prompt tracking and measurement to know the progress at any time.  - Define tools and methodologies to identify and leverage key strengths and opportunities for focused improvements.   - Drive the team of at least 70-80 people team.   - Participating in requirement capturing with the client.   - Strong technical leader with understanding of cutting edge technology, design patters etc.  - Constant focus on prioritization, efforts, schedules, quality to meet the goals in timely manner.  - Excellent written and presentation skills.  - Strong educational background with B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech from top notch institutes  JOB KNOWLEDGE:  Should have preferably worked on defense applications.  Experience in light tactical real time applications with peer to peer architecture.  Product engineering, strong delivery management.  Liasoning with Product management team and end customer.  PERSONAL TRAITS:  Strong delivery management experience people management, tracking deliverable etc.  Java and linux.  Overall 20+ years of experience.  Must be at least B.E. / B.Tech. from tier 1 institutes.(M.Tech/MS preferred).  Good communication skills
