Position:- Divisional Director / Sr. Divisional Director  Experience: - 18-20 years industrial experience  Location: - Mumbai  End to end delivery management for cutting edge Defense products on Java & Linux platform.  - Should have handled large team ( 30 +).  - Should have worked on Java with latest Architecture  - Should have Product Engineering / Product development experience  - Candidates with experience in mission critical systems / manufacturing / industrial electronics/ real time applications can also be targeted.  Drive all phases of SDLC i.e. architecture, design, design reviews, coding efforts of the team using Agile technology.  Ensure optimized development processes are adhered to during development.  Strong task manager with regular in-depth reviews.  Prompt tracking and measurement to know the progress at any time.  Define tools and methodologies to identify and leverage key strengths and opportunities for focused improvements.
