Looking to hire a divisional sales head across the entire product portfolio for west region which is one of the biggest regions revenue wise.
Job Description - Conduct/ analyze/ review business in the Zones on a monthly basis.
- Set, monitor & achieve top line of all the segments of the Zones for Instruments and Reagents.
- Support and interface Distribution Management for achieving the Distributor sales.
- Authorize and monitor the tour programs of Zonal Heads for effective sales.
- Monitor and ensure outstanding collections of each of the zones.
- Ensure recruitment & right deployment of sales, application & service field staff in the zones.
- Maintain sales/expense ratio of the division.
- Make schemes for the division.
- Identify and start new HQs to help penetration in the market.
- Interact & interface with Key accounts to conclude big sales deal.
- Motivate, support & coordinate with his team to achieve sales target.
- Get customer feedback & ensure their satisfaction.
- Conduct various marketing activities in collaboration with marketing department.
- Ensure technical product training for his team.
- Ensure administrative support activities on time
The Successful Candidate - Experience :
- 15 - 20 yrs Qualification:
- B.Sc / M.Sc, B.E / B.Tech Candidate should have an experience in the IVD industry and have worked in Western India
