Role overview  The role is responsible for the People agenda in South Sales Division. The Division spans across AP, Telangana, Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Goa. It has a total workforce of 91 on-roll members (of which 74 are in the JM group). The role is part of the Division Leadership team  Key Responsibilities:  - End-to-end lifecycle management for JM (Junior Management) Grade roles in the South Sales Division.  a) Lead the search, selection and offer stages in the Talent Acquisition process  b) On-boarding of new talent  c) Anchor the Performance Management & Potential Development processes for Sales Officers/Executives, Accounts Officers/Executives, Supply Chain Officers/Executives  d) Responsible for planning, organizing and driving the learning & development agenda for frontline Field Force  - Participate in workforce Planning  - Member engagement initiatives  - Career Management & Succession Planning  - Anchor the Sales Intern program for frontline field force and drive the campus engagement program at Tier-III B-Schools to develop a talent pipeline for frontline field force roles   - Lead & participate in specific HR functional Projects to develop cutting-edge practices towards fostering a culture & workforce for the future as part of a Sales Transformational process  - Lead the development agenda for extended off-roll workforce (DSR/PSR/Merchandisers)  - Ensure compliance of applicable laws to the Division offices and locations (Shops & Establishments Act, Payment of Bonus Act, etc.)  Experience:  - MBA from premier institute (XLRI, TISS, SIBM, SCHMRD, MDI, IMT)   - 2-3 yrs of post-MBA experience (Batch - 2012/13)  - At least 1 year as HR Generalist (preferably in a Factory/Sales Division)  - Preferred sectors - FMCG, Telecom, Consumer Durables  - Experience in Talent Acquisition & Employee engagement is a MUST  Reporting:  - Direct Reporting to Division Head - South  - Dotted line reporting to HR Head - Sales & Marketing
