Experience:
- Strong experience in Organisation effectiveness or Organisational development or Learning and Development or Talent Management.
- Candidates who have strong knowledge in conceptualizing and ideating and formulating policies.
- Candidates from tier 1 MBA institutes and working with leading companies.
We will share detailed JD with the relevant candidate after initial screening over the phone and checking their keenness for this opportunity .
