Distribution Strategy Consultant - Beverage Brand - 3 Month Project

Assignment Details:

- Please not that this is a 3 months long project and not a full time job opportunity.

The consultant will be working with the senior-most leadership team. We are looking for a seasoned consultant well versed in the FMCG space to help us create a business plan to roll out a global leading packaged drinking water in India. The business plan needs to cover at least the following:-

- Target consumer

- Volume target

- recap year 1,2 & 3 as total

- building blocks by channel

- key growth drivers per year

- Channel strategy approach and city strategy approach

- Calendar plan

- Numerical distribution growth plan by SKU & customer

- Investment plan split

- Overall Value chain

Skills Required:

- Business analysis

- FMCG / Beverages Experience

- Packaged drinking water/ Aerated drinks / Energy drinks experience

- Distribution Strategy / Channel Strategy experience
